What are your store hours?
Our office is open 10:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Do your prints come in different sizes?
Yes! You can order prints in different sizes ranging from 20"X16" (+ or -) all the way to 12 feet or longer depending on the original format dimensions. All order must be prepaid before printing.
I don't like the colored border on the E-Prints, can I get them in plain paper white?
Yes sure you can get plain paper white borders if you intend to mat or just want a plain border. Please call in your order!
I like one of your photographs I saw in a publication. Can I get one as a print?
Yes you can! Make sure you make a copy or note what magazine, book or location where you saw it. We do charge a nominal fee for prints that are not in our print collection. Call us with your inquiry!
Do you do corporate/ interior design/ event bulk sales?
Yes, we do! You can either call us directly with your specific needs or have your corporate art agent or graphic designer call us. We also do special dust covers or inserts for our books. Quantity discount rates are available too! In all cases, please call us directly!
Do you sell to independent Art Galleries?
Yes, we only sell to legit Art Galleries with physical storefronts and not internet only retailers. Never buy from an internet only retailer!
How long does it take to receive prints?
We print on demand! So in most cases it only takes less then 3-4 weeks. On some occasions Mr. Vasapolli, who oversees, proofs and signs all prints before shipping might be on extended photography trips, if so then, delivery times might be longer. In such cases, we will contact one of our art dealers that may have the selected print instock for you to directly contact.
I would like to return a product for a refund?
All books and calendars can be returned for a refund within 30 days. Discounted Calendars or Calendars once sold in the featured year can be returned for credit only. Prints and posters can only be returned for credit. (was your product damaged in shipping? See Below!)
My shipment arrived damaged!
If your shipment was damaged by the shipping company be sure to have the deliverer make a note of it on your shipping bill at the time you sign for it. If it was damaged using United States Postal Service (USPS) don't worry your shipment is insured. Please call us for a Return Authorization.
How long have you been in business?
Vasapolli Photography has been in the photographic art business since 1989. Our website has existed since 1996.
Can I buy Gift Certificates?
Yes, Gift Certificates are available so your loved ones can get a print of their choice. To order a Gift Certificate, You must call it in (973) 464-3354. A Gift Certificate will be shipped to you.
Can I use my Gift Certificate Online?
Not at this time but you can use our online catalog to research your order then call in your order.
